Lafayette Chess Club has three members play in the Lone Star Open

Club president Tommy LeBlanc, club members Guy Chachere and Beau Phillips attended the Lone Star Open March 18, 19, & 20th in Houston, Texas.

Tommy played in the Open Section with 2 1/2 out 5

Guy played in the 1300 and under section with 1 1/2 out of 5

Beau played in the 1800 and under section splitting 1st place with 4 1/2 out of 5
